Danube – the Common Way between Great Socio-Economic Disparities

The paper deals with the idea that a common river-Danube- can cover a lot of disparities
connected to socio-economic, cultural, historical and religious approaches. As a result, the analysis in
the paper is focused on economic disparities in all Danube countries, even that they are members or
not of the EU27. The analysis is based on the latest official statistical data and is followed by a
forecast for 2013-2014 in order to observe if the disparities will decrease or not. The main conclusion
of the paper is that Danube can be a way and an instrument to solve regional disparities. The same
Danube River can support a better socio-economic integration of the Danube countries, as well.

inovations”. It analyzes the advantages of these two notions. Modern methods are presented and
analyzed to develop an innovative business through reengineering, incubators, business centers,

The article presents an analysis of the levels of crop yields and economic stability for the
main agricultural crop types in the Lower Danube region based on the examples of the Cahul and the
Reni Districts (Republic of Moldova and Ukraine respectively) – located in the zone of unstable crop
farming – for years 2005-2012. The article also demonstrates the importance of an increased number
of farmed crop types for stimulation of a higher economic stability of the crop yields. Finally, the
work concludes with a number of recommendations for increasing the economic stability of the given
farmed crop types.

works, first of all, the reception of Blok of the personality of russian playwright A. Griboyedov and
his comedy “Woe from wit”. Having traced the main stages of the attitude of the Russian poetsymbolist
to A. S. Griboyedov, the researcher marked, that the attention to the history of life, the
tragic decease of the playwright, his works was typical during the creative development of A. Blok.
